Neema Counseling is a Christian counseling practice that specializes in serving adults, teens, and children in-person in Austin, TX and Houston, TX and online throughout the state of Texas.

We are currently seeking applicants for the following positions:

Counselor

We are looking for counselors to join our team. Counselors are required to be licensed or currently pursuing licensure. We will consider fully-licensed (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) and provisionally-licensed (LPC-Associates, LMFT-Associate, LMSW, etc) counselors for employment. The position is part-time with the potential to grow into full-time. The counselor will successfully manage their own caseload, complete clinical paperwork, engage in peer consultation, demonstrate flexibility, network and build community relationships, and be self-motivated. The ideal candidate must be able to be self-directed and a good team player.
