I work with individuals, families, and couples in need of support through difficult situations, past experiences, or hard decisions. I support my clients by shedding light on unhelpful relational patterns, self-discouraging talk and actions, and the effect of past experiences and choices. Through my experience of deliverance from mental health and relationship struggles, I can fully empathize with my clients in their situation and say there is hope! It brings me joy seeing the light growing in my client’s life each time they make a breakthrough.

I support people who are facing marital, relational, or family struggles. I help individuals who are plagued by depression, anxiety, grief, and other internal matters. I also support people who are struggling in their walk with faith and finding purpose in life. I integrate a faith-based and structural framework, while focusing on the needs of my clients. While using research tested methods, I do not dismiss the values and beliefs that my clients bring into session nor do I force my own. My training includes a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Human Services and a Master of Arts in Counseling with a focus in Marriage, Couples, and Families. I am a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist Associate supervised by Bridgett Quarles, MSMFT, LMFT-S.

When I am not in session, I can be found volunteering at my local women’s center, volunteering at a community garden, reading the Bible, cooking, or spending time with my fiancé.
