I help adults and teens improve their lives through emotional, spiritual, and mental healing.  I support them in navigating their life’s journey so that they can achieve their goals. I know from my own path to wellness that it is imperative to have faith and support in the face of life’s challenges.  I seek to empower those I work with and help them develop self-compassion so they can change the world.  

Some of my clients struggle with anxiety or the impact of past trauma.  I help my clients face their fears and challenges boldly and develop the support that is paramount on their path to wellness.  I enjoy using Gestalt, cognitive behavioral, and art therapy techniques as interventions. My training includes a Bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience with a minor in Studio Art from Baylor University, and a Master’s in Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center.  I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Rehabilitation Specialist.

When I am not in session with clients, I can be found in my home studio painting and exhibiting my artwork, reading science fiction novels, and on the road visiting family and friends.
